Cameron Whitcomb announces long awaited debut album ‘The Hard Way’

Date:

Cameron Whitcomb has announced the release of his highly anticipated debut album, The Hard Way, set to release on Sept. 26. The album will feature singles such as “Quitter,” “Medusa,” “Options” and “Hundred Mile High.”

Pre-save The Hard Way here.

The Hard Way is an album that surrounds the more personal side of Whitcomb’s life, covering his battles with addiction that occurred at a young age, along with his recovery through his adult years. “This record is every piece of who I am,” Whitcomb says.

Along with the album announcement, his new single, “Fragile,” was also released, and it is now available for listening on all major platforms. When asked about the song, Whitcomb stated that,

“‘Fragile’ is about being told to man up your whole childhood and pushing away everyone that cares because of your own insecurities. It’s a song that came from a place of finally starting to understand why I was the way I was and wanting to change that.”

To celebrate his upcoming album, Cameron Whitcomb is currently on his biggest run of live shows at this point in his career. Many of these shows are sold out or almost sold out. Remaining tickets are available here.
