Date:

Brittney Chantele is known for putting their identity at the forefront of their music. As a biracial, non-binary, lesbian artist, they write about their experiences with queer love, breakups, and everything in between, through a refreshingly honest perspective. According to Brittney Chantele, their latest song, “UHAUL” is about “Queer love on our own terms… It’s about the joy and freedom that comes with breaking the mold and creating a future that reflects who we are.”

“UHAUL” focuses on authentically expressing yourself. Through soft vocals and steady percussion, Brittney Chantele wishes to have representation of the LGBTQ+ relationships they experience in popular media. Lyrics poke fun at LGBTQ+ stereotypes while celebrating the thrill of falling in love.
