On the evening of May 23rd, alternative R&B artist Banks released a music video for her new single, “Gimme”. This video featured a mesmerizing light show and is a great portrayal of emotion in not only the video, but also the song. The director for the video, Matty Peacock, is a well known visual artist that’s responsible for directing music videos for artists such as Billie Eilish and Carly Rae Jepsen. The artist herself was the creative director for this video, and also the editor.
