Earlier this week, indie rock band Arctic Monkeys announced the dates for their upcoming North American summer tour, which will be their first tour in almost four years.
This is the band’s first tour since their hiatus that began in 2014. However, they have yet to release a new album, but they are expected to do so sometime this year. The band took a long break to pursue solo careers, but they are now back together and working on releasing their very anticipated album.
Arctic Monkeys announced earlier this year that they will be headlining at Bonnaroo, a music festival in Manchester, Tennessee. This came as a shock to many who hadn’t heard from the band in many years. However, fans are ecstatic to see the band performing and making music together again. So the announcement of this tour is very exciting for the dedicated fans of Arctic Monkeys.
