Umphrey’s McGee “Cruising Altitude” tour lands in Chattanooga

On Friday, February 28  Umphrey’s McGee brought their Cruising Altitude tour to Chattanooga, TN, delivering an unforgettable night at the Signal. The crowd filled with a sea of long-time fans, danced together, fully immersed in the energy of the band’s electric performance. Umphrey’s has an amazing ability to seamlessly blend genres of progressive rock, jam, and funk. The stunning light show further amplified the experience, enhancing the feel of the music.

The packed house reveled in the grooves, as the band weaved through 2 full setlists that included fan favorites like “Intentions Clear,” “Small Strides,” and “Message in a Bottle.” The night reached its pinnacle during the encore, as Umphrey’s McGee treated the audience to their song “In the Kitchen.” Fully connected to the performance, radiated with joy and excitement as the sound waves reverberated through the venue.
