Rival Sons celebrates 10 years of “Pressure and Time” in Boston

Date:

California-born Rival Sons brought their rowdy blues-rock to the House of Blues in Boston last night. The band celebrated the 10th anniversary of their breakthrough album Pressure and Time, playing it in its entirety in front of an audience eager for rock and roll. After a split-second intermission, the band jumped right into some of their biggest hits, with high-energy tracks like “Electric Man” and “Open My Eyes”, to the bluesy “Feral Roots”, as well as an acoustic version of “Shooting Stars” carrying the crowd in a night-long sing-a-long. Singer-songwriter Jameson Burt joined the band for a cool evening full of raw, sleek energy. Check out the rest of their fall tour here.
