Marc Broussard brings Bayou Soul to the Sunshine State

Date:

Louisiana-born singer-songwriter Marc Broussard stopped by The Capitol Theater in Clearwater, FL — actually performing on him and his wife’s 15-year anniversary, which made some of his songs a little more special. His shows don’t involve a lot of jumping around and frenetic energy — instead, what you will get in a Marc Broussard performance is a genuinely talented musician obviously loving what he is doing. His songs are a beautiful mix of soul, funk, and blues. It’s hard not to walk away with a smile on your face. Need to catch his act? He will be on the road through May before taking a small break and then heading to Europe. I guess they need a little Cajun in their lives too!
