Full of funk and friendship: RHNO’s new track, Debutante

Date:

RHNO easily traverse the lo-fi landscape in their newest song, Debutante. The artists’ history shines through the song, embodying ease that can only come from a 10-year friendship and long history of making music. The duo records, produces, and mixes all their music in their Brooklyn, NY apartment, and with sound experiences that seem to bounce off the walls, you can envision their confident collaboration, isolated and yet intertwined with inspired energy of the city – “oh, debutante, forever one.”
The track invites and excites with a playful blend of textures. In what could be homage to the French origin of the word, debutante, the lyrical composition feels like the core of French-indie. Funk-infused and full of life, let this psychedelic groove ground your last month of summer, and “maybe just go to the pool”.
