GIVĒON returns with ‘Beloved’ album after three-year hiatus

Date:

After much anticipation from fans, GIVĒON has officially announced the release of his sophomore studio album, Beloved

The album will be executive produced by Sevn Thomas and follows the release of the lead single “TWENTIES” and its second single, “RATHER BE,” both of which dropped earlier this month.

GIVĒON found major success with his debut album, Give or Take, released in 2022. The album was nominated for multiple GRAMMYs and earned him many awards and chart positions. After a three-year hiatus and multiple teasers, he is stepping back into the music scene with a full-length project.

The lead single, “TWENTIES,” quickly climbed the charts and earned GIVĒON his fourth Billboard Hot 100 hit of his career. He even performed the song at a pre-Met Gala event for Prada.

Shortly after “TWENTIES,” “RATHER BE” was released, accompanied by a music video that has already garnered more than 1.5 million views on YouTube. Both of these singles are ballads that showcase his emotional songwriting skills, complex production, and vocal strength and stability.

GIVĒON’s upcoming R&B album is highly anticipated, and he is hoping to match — if not surpass — the success of his debut.
