Rebecca Black slays a sold out show in Boston

Date:

The queen herself Rebecca Black embarked on her first ever U.S headline tour which kicked off in Boston at a very sold out Sinclair. Riding off the success of her debut album Let Her Burn which was released earlier this year, Rebecca is opening up a new era in her career and it is quite possibly her best work yet. Rebecca’s debut album is a stellar body of work that sees her living her true authentic self.

The stage was set for Rebecca’s debut in Boston to an eager sold out crowd. And she definitely did not disappoint. Rebecca came to slay in one of the best stage entrances we’ve seen to date. The lights dimmed to the scream of the crowd and out came two people in dark cloaks who ended up being her backup dancers. They carried Rebecca out like a queen and out she came starting off the show with “Crumbs” to the crowds delight. Fans would be treated to an amazing setlist full of all her hits like “Destroy Me”, “Worth it For The Feeling”, “Erase You”, “Girlfriend”, and of course “Friday”. She even threw in a cover of Vanessa Carlton’s “A Thousand Miles”. The energy was high all night and Rebecca knows how to put on a spectacular show. From her fabulous dancers and their costume changes and choreography, to the lighting design and even her bringing out a giant bedazzled chainsaw that doubled as a mic holder, it was surely a night to remember.

Be sure to check out Rebecca Black in a city near you soon! Tour dates can be found here. Photos by Erin Crowley.
