Post Malone has surpassed former record-holder Bruno Mars as the artist with the most RIAA diamond-certified singles. Bruno Mars holds six diamond-certified singles whereas Post Malone now has eight, with “Circles”, “Better Now”, and “I Fall Apart” helping him to reach the record this past week. Diamond-certified means the song has sold 10 million units.
In honor of this accomplishment, he released a compilation entitled The Diamond Collection on April 21st containing all eight of his diamond-certified tracks along with his new single, “Chemical”. The first of his diamond-certified singles, “White Iversion”, was released in 2015.
