Date:

Welsh singer Marina brought her Ancient Dreams in a Modern Land Tour to Boston last night. In a sea of fun outfits and colorful hair, devoted fans packed the Orpheum Theatre to welcome Marina Diamandis, who captivated the audience with an intimate, yet powerful performance. From the brightest reds to the softest blues, the atmosphere was ethereal and beautiful, swiftly telling a visual story with each song transition. From “Froot” to “Teen Idle”, and beloved hits “Bubblegum Bitch” and “How To Be a Heartbreaker”, Marina took the audience on a colorful trip through her many past eras, in a show that left the Boston audience ecstatic and wanting more. The start of the evening would be in the hands of Swedish electropop singer Tove Styrke, including a striking performance of her newest single, “Show Me Love”.
