Wyn Starks started the year off with a bang when he released his version of Céline Dion’s “I Drove All Night.” It was smooth, it was powerful, and it was impossible to listen to only once. It debuted at number 26 on Billboard’s Adult Contemporary charts and at number 38 on the Adult Pop Airplay charts. Currently, it sits at number 10 on the Mediabase Adult Contemporary charts and at number 22 on the RadioWave Adult Contemporary charts. We will have to see how the rest of the summer plays out for the single, but it is still on everyone’s mind and in everyone’s ear as it continues to climb higher on these charts. Also on everyone’s mind is Wyn Starks’s upcoming sophomore album, which he is now starting to roll out.
The first single from the project, “Dance All Night,” is a dancefloor-ready anthem created with acclaimed producer Built By Titan (Jonas Brothers, Adam Lambert, Backstreet Boys). You can tell that Wyn had a good time making this, as his vocals sound blissful yet lively against the rhythmic guitar and synth-pop riffs. As he sings, “And all this pressure / And all this pain / Will all be broken once we dance this night away,” the disco-inspired sounds just take over, encouraging listeners to have a good time.
