Twenty One Pilots break their silence announcing “next week, a new chapter begins”

In true Twenty One Pilots fashion, the duo has tantalized fans with hints of a forthcoming era keeping as many details a mystery for the last week. Yesterday that all changed when the dynamic duo finally broke their silence, revealing that “next week, a new chapter begins.”

In the four-minute video posted by the band, frontman Tyler Joseph takes viewers on a journey through the years. “I am trapped, stuck in a cycle I have never been able to break,” he solemnly declares at the outset. “I want to believe this is the last time, but I don’t know for sure.”

The video pieces together snippets from past Twenty One Pilots music videos, while Joseph narrates the tale of his escape from the city of Dema, located on the continent of Trench, and his unexpected arrival on the mysterious island of Voldsøy. It is there that he is bestowed with a “miraculous power” by a cryptic entity.

As the video draws to a close, Joseph adopts a new identity, clad in a fresh balaclava, proclaiming, “I am returning to Trench. I am Clancy.”

This teaser marks the beginning of an exciting new era for Twenty One Pilots, hinting at a riveting storyline and promising adventures yet to unfold. Stay tuned for more updates as the saga continues to unfold.
