The Hellp announce highly anticipated sophomore album ‘Riviera,’ out Nov. 21

Date:

American indie-rock duo The Hellp announced that their forthcoming studio album, Riviera, will be unveiled on Nov. 21, 2025, via Anemoia Records and Atlantic Records.

The 10-track album is the band’s most introspective project to date, as the duo of Noah Dillon and Chandler Ransom Lucy combine their new innovative sound with their signature indie-rock-meets-electronic notes.

The Hellp’s self-produced project represents the duo’s exploration of their past and maturing into the future, atop their evolving, genre-bending sound.

The band shares,

Riviera is the next stage of our natural evolution as a band. It’s a survey of us as people, we’re mirroring our own personal evolution, and our sound has to keep up with us. After aLL, we knew our next project would need to be a bit more mature, we couldn’t do the same thing again, we refuse to become stagnant. Riviera is more solemn, restrained and impassioned than anything we’ve done before, but it’s still got that visceral, almost desperate feel, that’s really what the story it tells is – the desperate story of the disparate Americana, our American dream.”

Riviera is available to pre-save here

The Hellp opened the door to their brand new era with their latest song, “Here I Am,” introducing a slower side of their discography while exploring a much darker, softer tone than ever before. Marking their slowest BPM song, the band shared that the moodiness is intentional, depicting a “visceral take on a Los Angeles story”:

“Here I Am is much more subdued and not as explosive as the other tracks on the album […] we wanted to play into this story of a heist, an emotional one, and some of the lyrics and siren sounds in the song allude to that. At its core, Here I Am speaks to the general theme of the album…”

The release of the slow-burning single followed Riviera singles “Country Road” and “Doppler” from earlier this fall.

The Los Angeles band will perform in support of American rapper 2hollis on his European headline tour at 02 Academy Brixton in London, UK, on Nov. 25, 2025. Remaining tickets are available here
