The Aces reveal ‘Gold Star Baby Deluxe’ will come in February 2026

Date:

The Aces have officially revealed that Gold Star Baby Deluxe will arrive in February.

The album Gold Star Baby was officially released by the group this August. The project was a concept album, one that doesn’t seem to take itself too seriously.

The group has also released “Square One,” the first bonus track from the upcoming deluxe. The song confronts the concept of moving one step forward and two steps back when it comes to suffering from heartbreak.

Drummer and vocalist Alisa Ramirez shared:

“I was in a place emotionally when we were writing ‘Square One’ where although a lot of time had passed since a heartbreak, the smallest thing could trigger all those feelings again. I felt really frustrated with the process of healing. I had to reckon with the fact that even though I so badly wanted to be moved on, I just wasn’t. You can’t snap your fingers and tell your heart to mend back together, it doesn’t work that way. So this song was finally me accepting that and sitting in those emotions.”

The Aces are currently on the North America leg of the Gold Star Baby world tour, supported by Lydia Night. The tour will resume in the UK and Europe in February of next year, before they hit the road in support of Louis Tomlinson in June. Tickets are available here.
