Olivia Dean, who has sung her way into feel-good playlists with her captivating vocals and easy listening, announces her sophomore studio album The Art of Loving, slated to release September 26 via Capitol Records. Described as “her most intimate work yet,” the new record should embody more of what audiences love from Dean – her honesty, storytelling, and tenderness.

Her most recent single “Nice To Each Other” graced New Music Friday roundups less than a week ago and has amassed over 1.2 million streams (and counting). With an impressive one-shot music video directed by Jake Erland (Rachel Chinouriri, Beabadoobee), the single “is a song about the push and pull of exploring your independence in dating. It’s about enjoying someone in the present and allowing it to be both light and meaningful. I think this song and video represents a playfulness in me that I’m excited for people to see.”
