The annual heavy metal music festival Sick New World announced its 2026 lineup for both its return to Las Vegas and the event’s debut in Fort Worth. Heavy metal band System of a Down will headline both dates, accompanied by nu metal band Korn and UK rock band Bring Me the Horizon in Nevada, and alternative metal band Deftones and thrash metal band Slayer in Texas.
With a varying lineup between the two shows, both dates will feature performances by Ministry, AFI, Evanscence, Marilyn Manson, Knocked Loose, Mastodon, Underoath, Wage War, She Wants Revenge and more.
Unique to the Las Vegas show, the Sick New World 2026 festival will spotlight performances by Danny Elfman, Cypress Hill, Acid Bath and more, with a total of 52 artists.
American thrash metal band Slayer will celebrate 40 years of their third studio album with a performance of Reign In Blood in full at the Fort Worth date, which will also showcase performances by Power Trip, The Prodigy, Deafheaven and more for a total of 50 artists.
Sick New World will first take place on April 25, 2026, in Las Vegas, NV, at the Las Vegas Festival Grounds, followed by its first-ever show in Fort Worth, TX, at the Texas Motor Speedway on Oct. 24, 2026.
Pre-sales for Fort Worth begin on Thursday, Oct. 23, at 10 a.m. PT, and pre-sales for Las Vegas start on Friday, Oct. 24, at 10 a.m. CT. Tickets and more information for each date will be available on the festival’s website here.
The 2026 shows will be the first for Sick New World since the cancellation of its 2024 and 2025 events due to “unforeseen circumstances.” The 2025 lineup would have included performances by Metallica, Linkin Park and Queens of the Stone Age, with Evanescence as the only headliner to return for the upcoming 2026 lineup.
