sad alex and Grayson Foster release euphoric love song “Eyes First”

Date:

sad alex and Grayson Foster have released a new collaboration titled “Eyes First.” The new synth-pop love song is the perfect soundtrack for Valentine’s Day.
Overflowing with 1980’s-inspired atmospheric synths, “Eyes First” is a blissful pop record that delivers one of sad alex’s “happiest” efforts to date. In the chorus, the duo’s vocals sound as if they were made to go together, fully encapsulating the euphoric feeling of falling in love at first sight.
In an Instagram post, the singer-songwriter shared a video promoting the song in which she declares, “A lot of people say that I’m pretty intense. But I like to say that I’m passionate.”
In “Eyes First,” she proves that she does indeed love intensely, singing, “’Cause I fell for you / Fell for you / Eyes first / The further away from you / Away from you / The more that it hurts / Your gaze is a curse / But I like how it burns / Yeah you’re breaking my heart / And I’m making it worse.”
sad alex debuted in 2019 with her single “routine,” and since then has released three EP’s, as well as her debut album, “i thought that i’d know by now,” in 2024.
