Role Model has been teasing fans for quite sometime following the release of his sophomore album, Kansas Anymore, while also supporting Gracie Abrams on her The Secret of Us Tour. Today, the 27-year-old singer and former rapper announced that the deluxe edition, Kansas Anymore (The Longest Goodbye), will be out this Friday, just in time for Valentine’s Day (Feb. 14). It will feature four brand-new songs and continues his exploration of love, loss and homesickness.
The singer has been performing these unreleased songs on his No Place Like Tour. The album will feature tracks like “Look At That Woman,” “Scumbag” and “Deeply Still In Love.” The latter reached No. 31 on the Official Aotearoa Music Chart in New Zealand, as the album elaborates on this deep sense of attachment and the struggle to get over his ex.
