Ozzy Osbourne spent most of his life being anything but ordinary. Now, in Ozzy: No Escape From Now, a new Paramount+ documentary, fans get a glimpse into the rock legends final chapter. Filmed in the years leading up to his death in July 2025, the documentary follows Osbourne all the way to his emotional farewell performance in his hometown of Birmingham. This is a story about survival, gratitude, and a long goodbye that came far too soon.
Sharon Osbourne shared:
“This film is an honest account of what has happened to Ozzy during the last few years. It shows how hard things have been for him and the courage he has shown while dealing with a number of serious health issues, including Parkinson’s. It’s about the reality of his life now. We have worked with a production team we trust and have allowed them the freedom to tell the story openly. We hope that story will inspire people that are facing similar issues to Ozzy.”
In January of 2020, The Prince of Darkness revealed to the world that he had been diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease, a diagnosis that came after having a serious fall that required surgery on his neck. Though his mobility was declining, Osbourne never quit and continued to record albums before saying one last goodbye at his Back to the Beginning concert in July of 2025.
The documentary will be released on Paramount+ on October 7. Check out the trailer below.
