Ocean Alley announce fifth album, ‘Love Balloon,’ coming this fall

Date:

Australian six-piece rock band Ocean Alley have just announced their fifth studio album, Love Balloon, is coming out on Sept. 19, via Community Music. The announcement comes alongside the release of Love Balloon‘s title track, which is the third single from the album so far.

Globally celebrated for their punk-reggae fusion, psychedelic rock tunes and impressive live performances, Ocean Alley is exploring a new, playful sound with renowned producer Nick DiDia for the first time. Fans can look forward to raw moments of introspection and hope on Love Balloon‘s journey through the full spectrum of love.

Pre-save Love Balloon and listen to all of Ocean Alley’s music here.

According to vocalist and keyboardist Lach Galbraith:

the album explores the many layered dimensions of love… Let’s call it the river of love- whether it’s with a partner, a friend, or family, you never know when it’ll get deep, go shallow, or suddenly change its course. It’s such a force that you have to surrender to its current.

Ocean Alley will be kicking off their North American tour this July, as well as touring Latin America for the first time in October. The band will also be playing their largest headline show at the iconic Alexandra Palace in London. Tickets are available for purchase here.
