2XKO and Spiritbox’s “Ties That Bind”: A legendary collaboration

Date:

In a shocking yet exciting collaboration announced on Oct. 1st, Courtney LaPlante of Spiritbox joins forces with 2XKO, an upcoming fighting game developed by Riot Games (League of Legends and Valorant).

The song titled “Ties That Bind” is reported to be the cinematic theme song of the game’s official release. It’s an anthem that fuels a sense of victory and of ensuring justice, truly complementary of the game’s nature.

2XKO will feature a plethora of champions from League of Legends; and for fans of the hit Netflix TV show Arcane, characters from the show will also be featured in the game. Early access to the game will launch on Oct. 7th for PC users; meanwhile the full release for PlayStation and Xbox is still in talks.

A special collaboration such as this is a stunning achievement, especially after Courtney’s successful and enchanting collaboration with Poppy and Evanescence‘s Amy Lee in the trio’s song “End Of You,” which has amassed almost 11 million streams on Spotify and 5.3 million views on the official music video.

Courtney and Spiritbox continue to rise after a stunning Louder Than Life festival performance. This all comes ahead of the second leg of the band’s Tsunami Sea Pt. II tour in North America. Tickets are still currently on sale here — get them fast as they’re selling out.
