Paris-based singer-songwriter Max Baby (his real name) has released his latest single, “I Can Do Anything,” through French label Animal63.
The track was mixed by his friend and engineer Marcus Linon and mastered by Brooklyn-based Heba Kadry (Björk, Slowdive, Alex G, Deerhunter, Sega Bodega). With punchy percussion and a glitchy, raw vocal delivery, the song carries a rebellious edge. Its layered production features unexpected drops and distorted melodies, creating an intentionally chaotic soundscape. The message is simple yet empowering, emphasizing the limitless potential that comes with valuing self-worth.
Max Baby is a respected figure in his field, a self-taught multi-instrumentalist, producer, and songwriter. He has recently collaborated with Kirin J Callinan, Drugdealer, Weyes Blood and Clara Luciani.
