British singer-songwriter Lola Young delivered a poignant performance of her track “d£aler” at the Spotify Best New Artist party during Grammy Week in West Hollywood on January 29, 2026, marking her first live performance since collapsing on stage last September.
She reportedly told the audience she was feeling better and thanked them for their support before exiting the stage, sharing a simple but meaningful message: “Take care of yourselves.”
All Best New Artist nominees for the 2026 Grammy’s (Olivia Dean, Addison Rae, Katseye, the Marías, sombr, Leon Thomas, Alex Warren, Lola Young) were given the stage to perform during Spotify’s event.
Young is set to perform as part of Rolling Stone’s Future of Music showcase, presented by JBL, at SXSW in Austin, Texas, on March 12.

On September 27, 2025, Young was performing at the All Things Go Music Festival in Queens, New York, when she suddenly fainted mid-set while singing “Conceited.”
Following the collapse, Young shared a message on social media reassuring fans that she was “doing okay” and expressing gratitude for their support. In the days after the incident, Young announced she was canceling all upcoming performances “for the foreseeable future” to focus on her health and recovery. She took time away from public performance and canceled tours that had been scheduled through 2025 and into 2026.
