Rising alternative rock artist Lø Spirit has announced that his debut album Isn’t Life Beautiful will be released on April 17th alongside its final single “It’s You.”
The new track explores a softer side of Lø Spirit as he navigates unexpectedly falling in love with someone he can’t be with. Although knowing that things will never work out, he continues to let his guard down and yearns for what could’ve been with a melancholic instrumental and emotional lyricism. The release was accompanied by an official music video that serves as Lø Spirit’s director debut, allowing the artist to bring his vision for “It’s You” to life.
As a dedicated advocate for OCD, PTSD, MCAS and anxiety, Lø Spirit reminds listeners facing similar struggles that they aren’t alone. When he began creating original music in 2022, his personal coping mechanism transformed into a global community that finds solace in the art he shares with the world. Isn’t Life Beautiful represents the culmination of Lø Spirit’s lived experiences, showing that light can be found within the darkness. He shares,
“This album is a journey through my true lived experiences over the last several years,” he says. “It’s about the realization that all of my worst moments have led me to my best life. It’s about finding a deep appreciation for what I’ve been through—and continue to go through—that has shaped me and shifted my perspective significantly. You can’t have sweet without the sour, good without the bad. It’s about finally understanding that everything truly does happen for a reason, even if I can’t see it in the painful moments.”
Lø Spirit recently announced that he’ll be performing at the Long Beach date of Vans Warped Tour later this summer.
