Little Quirks searches for clarity in new song “Everything but the Title”

Date:

Little Quirks is a pop-folk girl trio from Australia. They are known for their unique blend of acoustic guitar, drums, vocal harmonies, and mandolin. Their new song “Everything but the Title” focuses on overthinking.

“Everything but the Title” is about being vulnerable with someone you care for. Through emotional vocals and steady guitar, Little Quirks shares their anxieties surrounding the unknown in a relationship. Their lyrics express their desire for clarity in this on-again-off-again partnership. Abbey (vocals/acoustic guitar) reveals more about the meaning of the song:

The song tells the story of being stuck in the grey area of a ‘situationship’. It’s about being deeply invested in someone and playing the role of a partner, but never being given ‘the title’.”
