Kelsey Dower is a symphonic metal artist and composer whose music blends the intensity of metal with the emotional depth of classical music. A lifelong musician who began piano at eighteen months, Dower has performed at Carnegie Hall and opened for Clay Aiken at age ten. Her debut single, “Ma’afa,” explored themes of trauma and resilience in the African diaspora, blending experimental textures with rhythmic depth, and has earned international attention. Drawing influence from artists such as Nobuo Uematsu, Nightwish, Epica, Evanescence, and Within Temptation, Dower continues to expand her sound with orchestral arrangements and cinematic storytelling.
