Dasha has captivated her audience once again with her newest single, “Didn’t I”. The emerging country artist answers her critics, proving that she is not just a one-hit wonder. The single explores themes of regret, which is a universal experience of looking back on past decisions in relationships that could have had a different outcome if a different choice was made. “Didn’t I” has allowed Dasha to showcase her lyrical depth and ability to capture complex emotions in a relatable manner. The song serves as a reminder to embrace the importance of reflection while also embracing our past: “Didn’t you drag my name through town? / Didn’t we take all the pictures down? / So why am I here with your lips on mine? / I coulda sworn I said this was over, didn’t I?”

The single is accompanied by a music video directed by Hunter Moreno. Moreno helped make the singer’s vision come to life by making a music video that allowed her to tell the story of the song through dance.
