5x Grammy Award nominee Colbie Caillat is returning this summer with a collaborative project featuring duets.
The album, This Time Around, is set to include “reimagined versions of her greatest hits alongside brand-new original songs and one cover, all performed with an impressive lineup of guest artists and longtime friends,” according to a release.

The album reportedly celebrates Caillat’s charm as a songwriter with new musical partnerships across various genres, including country, soul and pop.
Caillat also announced that “Live Without,” featuring Maddie and Tae, will be available on Friday, Aug. 1, in advance of the album release.
“Writing ‘Live Without’ was a really emotional experience for all of us,” Caillat said. “It’s about that turning point when you finally realize someone you thought you needed is actually the one thing holding you back. Collaborating with Liz, Eric, Jimmy – and having Maddie & Tae bring their harmonies and heart to it – made it feel so real and powerful. We wanted to capture that feeling of happiness post-breakup instead of heartbreak.”
In May, Caillat released the track, “Realize” — the seventh track on the forthcoming album. Featuring Mitchell Tenpenny’s impassioned voice, “Realize” feels like you’re driving in your car, windows down and summer breeze abounds.
