Next summer, Avenged Sevenfold and Good Charlotte will join together for a North American tour, creating a rare moment where two of rock’s most influential forces meet.
While both bands have defined their own corners of rock music, this run will celebrate the shared history, mutual respect, and musical connection that have woven the two bands together since their early days.
This tour will mark Good Charlotte’s first North American outing since 2018. VIP packages will be offered for both bands.
The 16-city tour kicks off in Ridgedale, MO, on Jul. 25, making additional stops in Shakopee, Chicago, St. Louis, Detroit, Toronto, Montreal, New York, Boston, Charlotte, Dallas, and more, before wrapping up at Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre in Phoenix, AZ, on Aug. 27.
This run follows the release of Avenged Sevenfold’s new song, “Magic,” available to stream everywhere now. The song debuted in the recent season of Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 and was released fully independently. “Magic” is their first new release since the critically acclaimed 2023 album, Life Is But A Dream…, an album that pushed boundaries and further cemented the band’s reputation for reinvention, ambition, and incredible live performances. Avenged Sevenfold continues to evolve how they engage fans both on and off the stage, being known for their visionary integration of technology, fan-forward ticketing models, and large-scale creative production.
Meanwhile, multi-platinum rock superstars Good Charlotte made their return in August of this year with the release of Motel Du Cap, their first new album in seven years. Rolling Stone raved about the “unrelenting energy” of the record, and PAPER Magazine stated that “Good Charlotte has established that they’re here to stay as one of the most influential career acts of the 21st century.” Following the release of the album, the band brought it to life with a full slate of national television performances on Good Morning America, Jimmy Kimmel LIVE!, The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, and The Kelly Clarkson Show.
Presale tickets will be available starting today, Dec. 11. To protect fans from bots, scalpers, and early dynamic pricing, they will have to use their Dapp wallet (MetaMask, Coinbase, etc.) or email account to authenticate their access and submit their requests for tickets. After the request window is closed, they will receive a confirmation from Ticketmaster if tickets matching their preferences have been secured. This process will give exclusive access to token-holding fans.
Avenged Sevenfold VIP Packages: Two VIP experiences will be offered. One is a behind-the-scenes backstage tour guided by a member of the crew that gives fans an inside look at the production of the show, and the second is an early-entry merchandise package, featuring an exclusive collectible item and other venue perks.
Good Charlotte VIP Packages: For superfans who are looking to get as close to the stage as possible, special VIP packages will be available. Benefits include early entry to the floor, a VIP exclusive Good Charlotte merchandise item, a VIP laminate featuring special Motel Du Cap artwork created by guitarist Benji Madden, as well as other onsite benefits.
