Lauv Makes a Stop In Toronto and It Definitely Was Not “All 4 Nothing”

Date:

Lauv has been on tour in support of his latest album, ‘All 4 Nothing’, which was released on August 5, 2022.

Lauv, accompanied by his opening acts Aiden Bissett and Hayley Kiyoko, made a stop at Toronto’s RBC Echo Beach. It was a beautiful way to spend a summer evening, watching these talents with the view of the CN Tower peaking from behind the stage.

As his silhouette appeared on stage, the audience went crazy awaiting the performance ahead. Lauv kicked off his set with ’26’, the first track off his album, with so much energy as he jumped going from one side of the stage to the other. It was amazing to see this level of energy stay consistent  throughout the whole set. He also slowed it down with his older songs such as “Paris In The Rain” and “Feelings”. In the middle of the set, Lauv wanted to perform, “Canada” but since the song is originally a duet with Alessia Cara, he asked if anyone in the audience knew the song and wanted to help him perform it on stage.  He brought a fan on stage, who surprised everyone with their vocal abilities and it was a beautiful interaction to witness. As the night came to an end Lauv came back for an encore performing his first hit, “I Like Me Better”.
