Sofia Vivere seeks inner peace in new song “Fake News”

Date:

Stockholm-based musician Sofia Vivere has been making waves in the music industry since 2018. Her style is similar to an early 90s feeling with up-tempo and uplifting tracks with vulnerable lyrics. Her latest release, “Fake News,” which came out on Mar. 28, focuses on losing track of what’s important. The song is the first track from her Multiverse EP, which released the same day.

“Fake News” is about fighting against the ways of society. Through strong vocals and steady percussion, Sofia Vivere shares her frustrations with the current state of the world. The chorus sings, “Fake news / We forget about the real issues / Got me crying out, just cut me loose / In the middle find a sky so blue,” encouraging listeners to reconsider what they think is important to them.
