The three-time Grammy-nominated duo, ODESZA, have announced the release of Music To Refine To: A Remix Companion to Severance today, April 4th. The duo have teamed up with the Apple TV+ show Severance to create a a new 7-track EP, adding their own twists onto to the unmistakable sounds of Theodore Shapiro’s Emmy Award-winning compositions.
The EP is a response to the success of the 8-hour visual/audio YouTube experience titled Music To Refine To. The 23-minute mix is looped continuously over scenes from the hit show immersing listeners into the world of Severance. Since the YouTube experience was uploaded two weeks ago, the video has gained over 2 million views. Furthermore, ODESZA’s social posts about the collaboration have reached more than 3.5 million views in the same period.
