Muo Duo puts you in a trance in “Love Signs”

Date:

Brother-sister duo Muo Duo combine their smooth vocals and established production background to create their new single, “Love Signs.” An interesting blend of funk-pop and rock influence, “Love Signs” is a breath of fresh air for new music.

It is typical for listeners to have to listen to a song or album multiple times in order to fully enjoy the piece, but that could not be further from the truth for “Love Signs.” The group consisting of Miles From Space and his sister Winter created a track that brings immediate attention. The catchiness of the single is likely due to the genre-blending combination of vocals, lyrics and instrumentation.

A shared experience between the duo and many of its listeners, “Love Signs” is about the polarizing truth behind an unsuccessful romantic connection. Rather than reveling in the depressing factors of a breakup, Muo Duo reflects on each of the signs presented in a failing relationship. In addition, they offer the idea of what it would be like if the relationship prospered. They elaborate:

“Our latest electric single on the road to our premier album drop is an intense love story of a relationship not meant to be.”

Lyrics such as “Would you believe what you don’t want to know? / Welcome to the show / You’re the right one, for the wrong time…” confirm the relationship is heading for the end. It has a “It’s not working out, but you don’t know what you’re missing” mentality.
