Jadelyn wants you to “Runaway” with her in new single

Date:

A Washington state native, Jadelyn emerged from a small town but has since proven to become an increasingly recognizable name in the music industry, solidified by her new single, “Runaway.” Released on Jan. 31, “Runaway” features Jadelyn’s deepest desire to reach a new beginning with her significant other.

Comparable to Taylor Swift’s “Fearless,” “Runaway” is comprised of an intricate mix of digital and acoustic instrumentation, as well as persuasive, optimistic lyrics that reflect on a major turning point within a relationship. Jadelyn keeps a steady balance between meeting the expectations of a hit pop song while also capturing genuine thoughts, feelings and emotions.

“Runaway” also explores spur-of-the-moment romance; a spontaneous connection that presents its arm to indulge or decline. Jadelyn indulges in the passion of a whirlwind romance, and asks her partner, “Grab my hand, hey, whatcha say? / Let’s run away.” Sharing more, she says,

“The thrill of the unknown in a spontaneous relationship really ignites something in me.”

“Runaway” also features lyrics such as, “I know somewhere we can go / Where stars are brighter than the LA sun / Could ever shine, just close your eyes / Easier just you and I.” Jadelyn maintains a firm grasp on the unknown in “Runaway,” using it to further the connection with her partner, perfectly content with their presence.
