Tennessee rock duo Lenox Hills put out their latest release, “Just Like In December” on Dec. 27. Comprised of brothers Luke and Packy Mullin, Lenox Hills never leaves their music motionless.
“Just Like In December” marks the start of a new era for the Mullin brothers. Instead of the band’s typical modern rock sound, this track takes on a Zach Bryan Americana feel, showcasing Luke’s raw vocals and Packy’s mellow yet sweet guitar chords that crescendo into an impressive solo near the end of the track.
About the single, the duo posted on Instagram:
“For us, this song is about redemption through sobriety. For you, however, it can be about overcoming any obstacle in your own life keeping you from being the person you want to be. We hope you can find comfort and understanding in this humble little tune of ours.”
The single has already made its way to the top of Lenox Hills’ most popular tracks on Spotify, and boasts over 6,000 streams.
About their recent success, the brothers said on Instagram:
“We have so much to be thankful for and we are grateful to everyone who has supported us thus far.”
