Oscar and the Wolf releases “Pretty Little Thing,” the focus track of his newest album ‘TASTE’

Date:

Oscar and the Wolf has released his fourth studio album, TASTE, which includes focus track “Pretty Little Thing”. Since his debut into the R&B music realm, Oscar and the Wolf, the project of Belgian artist Max Colombie, tells stories following his life and that is no different for this new set of songs. TASTE explores Colombie’s quest for vulnerability.

“Pretty Little Thing” is the opening track to the album and has a strong feeling of innocence. The song is giving electro pop/alternative pop vibes: “I can’t let you under my skin / Tell me how you want to begin / And show me all the places you’ve been / Pretty little thing.”

About the track, Colombie shares:

I actually wanted to sound like an innocent and powerless little girl. A very young and naive-sounding voice, which makes it seem like there’s something very supernatural about it. It’s the start of the album. The start of the story is the illusion of it all.
