Hairpin experiences all-consuming love on new song “Oh Dear”

Hairpin is an eclectic alt-rock band from New York City. They are very proud of their hard work and dedication to independently building their reputation and creating a supportive community of fans. Their latest release “Oh Dear”, released July 26, focuses on finding love.

“Oh Dear” is about falling head over heels for someone. Through funky guitar and bass and energetic percussion, Hairpin notes how their perception of the world has changed since experiencing this type of love. Lyrics such as “Oh, don’t go dark / You know I think I need your sunlight” reflect their need to always be with this person.
