Country artist Dylan Scott announces the I Owe You One Tour set to begin with various fair performances starting this Thursday, August 1st. Named after his most recent single, the I Owe You One Tour is hitting various cities throughout the midwest and east coast, ending in Hiwasee at the Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds on October 11th.
