Creed is set to ignite stages once again with their highly anticipated “Summer of ’99” reunion tour, kicking off on July 17 in Green Bay, WI. This tour marks the band’s first major series of performances in over a decade, rekindling the flames of their 90s rock dominance.
Formed in 1994, Creed quickly rose to fame with their powerful blend of post-grunge and alternative rock. Their debut album, My Own Prison, was a commercial success, paving the way for their even more successful follow-up, Human Clay, which featured hits like “Higher” and “With Arms Wide Open.” The band’s lineup, featuring Scott Stapp’s distinctive vocals, Mark Tremonti’s compelling guitar work, Brian Marshall’s bass, and Scott Phillips’ drumming, created a sound that resonated deeply with fans worldwide.
Despite disbanding in 2004 and experiencing a brief reunion from 2009 to 2012, Creed’s music has continued to impact and inspire. The “Summer of ’99” tour promises to deliver a nostalgic yet electrifying experience, celebrating their legacy and timeless hits. Fans in Green Bay and beyond are eagerly awaiting the chance to relive the anthems that defined a generation.
Joining Creed on this exciting tour are other iconic rock bands and artists, including 3 Doors Down, Daughtry, Switchfoot, Tonic, Big Wreck, and Finger Eleven.
