Jessie Murph wraps up the In The Sticks Tour in Chattanooga

Jessie Murph saved the best for last on the final stop of her In The Sticks Tour. A sold out show at The Signal in Chattanooga she stood and delivered a performance to a crowd, which sold out almost immediately.

Opening for Jessie Murph was Shaboozey, a unique and gifted performer in his own right. A country rapper who’s latest collaboration with Beyonce has put him on the front of everyone’s mind. His latest single “A Bar Song (Tipsy)” has catapulted to the top of the Billboard charts, on top of being one of TikTok’s most viral songs.

Jessie’s set began with her sitting in a chair next to an oversized bird cage that was tipped over; symbolizing her escape from the things keeping her trapped and the new ability to fly on her own. Within a few minutes that set disappeared into a montage of speakers of which she stood on and showcased her dominance as a an artist. It’s truly apparent why Jessie Murph has climbed to the top of the industry at 19 years old. Her vocal range, stage presence, and lyrical substance blends beautifully that creates magic in her live performance.

Throughout the night, Murph treated fans to a mix of her own original songs and unique covers, showcasing her versatility as an artist. From the soulful “Always Been You” and slow “What Happened to Ryan” to the unreleased tracks like “Best Behavior” and “Bang Bang,” each song was delivered with passion and precision, with vocals that are far from forgettable.

As the night drew to a close, Murph sang “Wild Ones” while energy in the room was palpable as fans cheered for more before ending her set with “Son of a Bitch”. From start to finish, Murph and her band delivered a performance that was both captivating and unforgettable, as the the crowd harmonized with every word Jessie belted out.
