Emmyn Calleiro, better known as Games We Play makes a triumphant return with his latest heartfelt single, “Girl Shaped Crater.” Accompanied by a captivating music video, the single sets the stage for his eagerly awaited debut album, Life’s Going Great, scheduled for release on March 1 (pushed back from October).

Emmyn gave fans a sneak peek of “Girl Shaped Crater” through candid videos on social media, dedicated the song to his wife Dani. The track features breezy acoustic guitar and a spacey croon, exploring the theme of an extraordinary person who doesn’t see themselves as others do.

Directed by Jared Asher Harris, the music video showcases Emmyn in a dapper suit, serenading a girl in a Romeo & Juliet-style setting with an all-female band of angels. Emmyn describes the song as an ode to someone irreplaceable who came crashing into his life like a girl-shaped creator.

Games We Play is heading out on tour in early March in supporting Fall out Boy and The Maine before embarking on his own headlining tour which starts March 27. Tickets are available and on sale, now.

Leading up to the album release, Games We Play teased fans with the hyper-catchy “All My Untalented Friends (Ooo La La),” the emotionally charged “too young,” and the vulnerable earworm “Pretty Boy.” These tracks have collectively garnered over 1 million streams, with critics praising the wistful and vulnerable nature of his music.

Presave Life’s Going Great, now.
