Two-time GRAMMY® Award winner and accomplished singer-songwriter, Lauren Daigle, unveils the vibrant music video for her standout track “These Are The Days.” The video, captured in a single continuous shot, was directed by John Gray and set against the backdrop of Daigle’s cherished Louisiana hometown. It’s a kaleidoscope of colors, featuring delightful moments with snow cones, confetti, and an unexpected burst of a pool party.
“This Are The Days” is a highlight from Lauren Daigle’s upcoming self-titled album, scheduled for release on Friday, September 8, 2023, through Atlantic Records/Centricity Music with include guest appearances by Jon Batiste, Natalie Hemby, and Gary Clark Jr. The album is a product of Daigle’s collaboration with renowned GRAMMY-winning producer Mike Elizondo, known for his work with artists like Twenty One Pilots, Mary J. Blige, Fiona Apple, and Carrie Underwood.
In May, Daigle offered listeners a taste of the album by releasing the first 10 songs, which were met with immediate acclaim from industry outlets such as Billboard, The Tennessean, and Variety. In fact, Variety hailed her as “one of the best singers in contemporary pop.”
Says Daigle, of her forthcoming self-titled release:
“In May, I released the first 10 songs from my self-titled album. It had been a while since I had put out new music, so I wanted to share these songs as soon as they were ready to go. This is just the beginning of the journey to the complete story of the 23-song album, which I am excited to announce is coming out September 8. These 23 tracks represent all that I am – they embody my soul and my spirit. I can’t wait for you all to hear them.”
This fall, Daigle is set to head out on her highly anticipated US arena tour, The Kaleidoscope Tour, spanning from New Jersey’s Prudential Center to LA’s Crypto.com Arena, and making stops in cities like Boston, Atlanta, Seattle, Baton Rouge, among several others. On certain dates, Brandon Lake, Crowder, Josh Garrels, and Victory Boyd will accompany Daigle as supporting acts. The tour is scheduled for September 6 in Memphis, TN.
