Singer songwriter Songbird has released her highly anticipated second single titled “Act Your Age.” This comes shortly after her first single “Stubborn” that was released early 2023. During the almost four minute song, you are taken on a trip of falling in love fast all while trying to protect your heart, something all of those who wear their hearts on their sleeve can relate to.
Songbird stated “Act Your Age” was inspired by the first time she laid eyes on her now fiancé in eighth grade. The feelings that consumed her were powerful yet confusing, but looking back now she realizes it was love at first sight. With a soft pop vibe, powerful vocals, and the sweet sound of piano you are sure to fall in love with this song.
