Sabrina Carpenter Ignites Fans With Emotions at Sold Out Atlanta Show.

Date:

Embarking on her completely sold out “emails i can’t stand tour,” Sabrina Carpenter brings out all the emotions on her first stop here in Atlanta, GA at Center Stage Theatre (September 29, 2022).

As a sold out crowd eagerly awaited for Sabrina Carpenter, the singer captivated the audience as she first appeared on the stage’s only large prop, a set of stairs leading to a massive heart, playing on a keyboard as she delicately sang to the title track of her last album, “emails I can’t send.” Starting the show with such a passionate and vulnerable moment, Carpenter quickly spices it up as she struts down the flight of stairs to “bet u wanna.” Taking full advantage of the stage, the performer revealed a sassier side to her as she made the stage her catwalk, seducing the crowd with her rich vocals. The flip from a vulnerable to sassy performance only foreshadowed what was to come, a night ignited by several emotions. Increasing the intensity, the singer went on to perform another track from her latest album, “Vicious.” With a feisty tune revealing itself as the song progressed, Sabrina unleashed her inner rock star as she jumped and hair whipped all over the stage as fans sang along.

Taking the time to thank her fans, the singer expressed her gratitude to the crowd for allowing her to tour. With the pandemic still happening, it’s been three long years since Sabrina has had the opportunity to go on tour.  Exchanging several conversations with the crowd, Sabrina shows of her bubbly personality as long time fans get their quick conversations with the artist, and Carpenter jokingly asks “how are the kids?” due to the fact that some of these fans truly have been there since day one. Taking the moment for one more quick conversation, Sabrina asked the crowd if anyone has gone through a recent heartbreak. As one fan quickly states that they have, Sabrina asked what emotional stage are they currently in. With the fan selecting Anger, Carpenter takes on the opportunity to perform a passionate cover of Jazmine Sullivan’s “Bust Your Windows.” With clear strong vocals, the singer constantly left everyone in awe as she performed the song with such ease.

With the setlist mainly focusing on her latest album, there was a major throwback moment as Carpenter performed her first single “Can’t Blame a Girl.” As fans’ voices filled the venue, it was clear that the Atlanta crowd was filled with OG fans. With such an amazing personality and outstanding vocals, it quickly made sense why fans were so passionate about the performer. Sabrina Carpenter dazzled and shined for her first night of the “emails i can’t send tour.” Check out the images of the Atlanta show down below!
