GRIFF made her way into Boston on a sold out night at The Sinclair to a crowd very eager to see her for the first time. This would be GRIFF’s first ever U.S headline tour, and she has nearly sold out every date. GRIFF has been making waves in her hometown in the U.K, but has now brought her immense success here to the states and it was worth the wait for sure.
The night got off to a great start thanks to Amy Allen opening up the show for GRIFF. Both GRIFF and Amy are very good friends and went to the same school together so being on this tour together was just like old times. Amy put on a fantastic show and had some sweet moments with the crowd who seemed very engaged in her set as they waved their phone lights in the air and sang along gleefully. What a start to an already fantastic night.
It was finally time for GRIFF to grace the stage and the crowd was visibly excited about it. She did a little dance out onto the stage right into “One Foot In Front Of The Other”. The crowd was loving every minute of it. She went on to express her immense love to the crowd for selling out the show and coming out even though there was a snow storm on the way. She was very appreciative of everyone’s love in the fact that it was only her first U.S tour. GRIFF also treated the crowd to a cover of Lorde’s “Royals”which she knocked out of the park. In fact she knocked her whole set out of the park. It was a stellar set and one to definitely remember. You don’t want to miss out on the chance to see GRIFF live. You can see where she is coming next and get tickets here.
