After a long wait from 2018’s 7, beloved Baltimore dream-pop duo Beach House has announced its follow-up, and we’ll be hearing new music sooner than you think. Once Twice Melody, an eighteen-track double album, will be released in full on February 18th via Sub Pop, and the band is releasing the music in four separate “chapters” with the first coming tonight at midnight.
Recorded without the help of an outside producer for the first time in their career, the band has also announced an extensive 2022 world tour that will launch in February and run till July. Chapter 1 (tracks 1-4) will be out November 10; Chapter 2 (tracks 5-8) is out December 8; Chapter 3 (tracks 9-13) will be released on January 19; then Chapter 4 (tracks 14-18) and the complete album will drop on February 18.
