KYLE and Dougie F remain “Optimistic” as they battle heartbreak on new single

Date:

When you are on a constant rise, there is no time to take a break.  You have to be on your game, ready to deliver at a moment’s notice.  For KYLE, better known to fans as “superduperkyle,” the best way to make it in the music business is to always be working on new music, which he has been doing for the past few years.  He released his debut album in 2018 with the now platinum-selling Light of Mine, and gave us a superb follow-up with last year’s See You When I am Famous!!!!!!!!!!!!  As he gets ready to drop his next album, KYLE is giving fans what will be a “classic love song” on the project with new single, “Optimistic.”

Built on raw emotion, “Optimistic” picks apart a relationship that has gone sour.  Yet, as the title suggests, KYLE and his good friend and frequent collaborator Dougie F remain hopeful that things will get back to a good place.  Over a catchy beat and soothing piano, the two artists share lyrics that touch on proving friends wrong and doing the most to make things better.  They are willing to offer up sunshine if that is what it takes, but in the end, they know that they have to respect whatever outcome they get.

The video brings this story to life, as we watch KYLE and Dougie F pour their hearts out.  From singing in the rain to wandering down hallways, the guys hold out hope that their efforts will not go unnoticed.  You can check it out in the video below.

You can listen to “Optimistic” on platforms like Spotify, SoundCloud, and Apple Music.
