More than half way through her American tour dates, Dua Lipa brings her self-titled tour to Nashville on November 30 at the Cannery Ballroom.

With another sold out show, Dua started the night with a bang with her well known hit, “Hotter Than Hell”. With constant movement from both Dua Lipa and her band, it was impossible for the fully packed ballroom to stay still.

Constantly dancing and jumping around the stage, Dua’s excitement was hard not to mimic. The sold-out crowd returned the energy by dancing and singing along to every single lyric that was heard throughout the show.

Dua captivated the audience with her amazing vocals, and especially shined when she slowed down the tempo and performed songs such as “Genesis” and “Thinking ‘Bout You.” As the show continued, Dua raised and lowered the tempo, keeping time with her dancing and reacting to the crowd’s energy.

As the show continued, the singer spotted a vinyl of her debut album in the crowd and quickly shouted, “Would you like me to sign that?” With an excitement response from the crowd, Dua stepped down from the stage, and gets the name of owner of the vinyl, and proceeds to write a message on the cover, and proceeded to get on stage. Despite the venue being packed from wall to wall, Dua created a very intimate experience with her interaction with the audience and her constant smiles as she looks on to the crowd.

The night kept going on with a bang, and it was also very hard to not be drawn into the background visuals as she performed throughout the night. She finished her set, but as the crowd yelled for more and chanted the singer’s name. Dua came out, and informed the crowd that the night will consist of two more songs, including her current hit, “New Rules.”

Dua delivered an amazing show, and it’s clear she is destined for great things as she keeps growing into the artist that she has become. Being the last tour date of 2017, the self-titled tour will continue in January of 2018 and continue through the states till February. It is an experience not to be missed.
